THE PROJECT WAS DESIGNED FOR A YOUNG COULPE WITH TWO TENNAGE SONS. THEY WANT ALL THE MAJOR ACTIVITES ON THE GROUND FLOOR, SO THAT THE FAMILY MEMBERS ARE CONNECTED AND THE FIRST FLOOR HAS A BAR WITH COVERED SWIMMING POOL, A RECREATION AREA WHICH INCLUDES STEAM, SHOWER, GUEST BEDROOM AND AN OPEN TERRACE.
The house is designed for a young couple with two teenage sons. The planning theme involves, putting up all the four important bedrooms on the ground floor. This private area of the bedrooms along with the living hall is segregated from the public area by the landscaped courtyard. The public area includes the drawing room, dining room and kitchen. First floor has a bar, a covered swimming pool, a recreation area which includes steam, shower etc.

Entrance foyer viewed from the staircase area through the courtyard. Open courtyard with a coffee table and chair, with river washed pebbles at the center of the bungalow, with four corners as green making it Lively, large and beautiful.
A mezzanine floor with cantilever staircase is provided in younger son’s bedroom.Wardrobes are planned wisely below the mezzanine floor, and providing interior details with lacquer finish furniture.
