The overall development is strategically done to break free from typical single core apartment design. Keeping in mind the ethos of Goan traditional architecture, the apartments are placed on multiple cores which open up on both sides.

The inclusive planning conforms to green building concepts of climatology, local and environmental factors and is Platinum rated (pre-Certificate) by the Indian Green Building Council (IGBC-LEED).
The buildings form is an interesting play of spaces & voids so that the design itself incorporates the essence of the project. All colors are selected to bring in the perfect balance of vibrancy and subtlety. 
Shadow analysis of the site and built form during the design phase aided in good spatial prearrangement, positioning, window & openings location, daylight entrée and other design features. Usage of passive solar design features increases the energy efficiency and comfort of the building.
The master plan is tactically done to ensure activity throughout the site. The overall layout creates a good room of large central landscape plaza. Each tower overlooks this landscaped green.

A solo boulevard circumscribes the complex, providing easy access to all residents. This element of design was done in order to ensure peripheral movement of automobiles ensuring minimal pollution within the site. 
The placement of each block guarantees free flow of light and air, so that one can enjoy a breath of fresh air within the limits of the ever growing city. The units themselves are also well-ventilated and designed so that they can utilize natural daylight.

The commercial blocks enjoy the entire road frontage. This acts both ways – blocking the noise and pollution of main access road and making the commercial units premium.
