The interiors continue this classical narrative through elegant materials, refined detailing,  and carefully curated furnishings that balance luxury with comfort. Every element, from  furniture placement to the relationship between indoor and outdoor spaces, is intentionally  planned to support effortless family living. Landscape extends beyond the ground level to  the second-floor terrace, reinforcing the idea that greenery is woven throughout the home.  Together, architecture, interiors, furniture, and landscape create a residence that is  timeless, serene, and deeply connected to its surroundings.

The architecture of the residence is rooted in the principles of French Classical design,  where symmetry, balance, and proportion define the overall composition. The façade is  conceived as an elegant and timeless expression, characterised by carefully articulated  masses, refined detailing, and a harmonious arrangement of openings and projections. Soft  grey-beige finishes, stone textures, and subtle ornamental elements lend the home a sense  of understated grandeur, allowing it to feel both stately and inviting.

The façade is composed with a strong sense of order and rhythm. Projecting balconies, deep  canopies, and vertically proportioned openings create depth and shadow, while maintaining  the classical balance that is central to the design language. The entrance is framed as a  distinguished focal point, marked by a projecting canopy and a warm slatted main door that  creates a welcoming transition into the home. Soft lighting, textured surfaces, and carefully  placed planting enrich the arrival experience and reinforce the residence's refined  character.

The layout of the home is planned to support both social interaction and private family  living. The ground floor accommodates the primary living and entertaining spaces, allowing  them to open towards landscaped gardens and outdoor sit-outs, creating a seamless  relationship between the built form and nature. The planning is intentional and compact,  with the circulation designed to remain clear and efficient while allowing each space to feel  connected, open, and comfortable. Public, semi-private, and private areas are carefully  organised so that the home supports daily family routines as well as moments of gathering  and celebration.

The upper floor houses the private family spaces and bedrooms, each connected to  balconies and terraces that overlook the greenery below. This arrangement ensures privacy  while maintaining visual and spatial connections with the landscape. The second floor  further extends this relationship by opening onto a terrace, creating an additional outdoor  layer within the home. This terrace becomes a calm elevated retreat, allowing the  experience of landscape to continue vertically and giving the residence a stronger  connection with light, air, and open sky.
Landscape plays an integral role in shaping the architectural experience. Balconies are  treated as green edges, with cascading creepers softening the classical lines of the façade.  Dense planting, palms, flowering shrubs, and garden pockets frame views and create layers  of privacy, while also bringing movement and seasonal variation to the residence. The stone  boundary wall grounds the architecture, and the slender metal railings create a delicate  transition between the public street and the private sanctuary within. The terrace landscape  further reinforces this intent, making greenery an active part of the home across multiple  levels.

The interior architecture extends the French Classical narrative through elegant  proportions, decorative mouldings, refined material selections, and carefully crafted details.  Spaces are designed with a sense of grandeur and sophistication, yet remain warm and  comfortable for everyday living. The furniture selection complements this approach through  graceful forms, soft textures, and a considered balance of classic and contemporary pieces.  Each furniture arrangement is planned to enhance movement, conversation, comfort, and  visual harmony, ensuring that the interiors feel both elegant and functional.

Throughout the residence, the relationship between façade, layout, architectural style,  interior expression, furniture, and landscape remains central to the design. The built form  provides structure and permanence, the French Classical language lends elegance and  identity, the interiors offer warmth and refinement, the furniture brings scale and comfort,  and the landscape introduces softness and life. Together, they create a residence that is  graceful, enduring, and deeply rooted in the idea of timeless living.
