ZEN NEST by Ar.Jash Savla

Designed for a family of 2, this thoughtfully planned 4BHK converted to 3bhk by Jash Savla Design Studio in Mumbai spans 2200 sq. ft and is a seamless blend of minimalism & balance of the modern luxuries.

The overall colour scheme follows a neutral palette, creating a calm and timeless backdrop. Subtle pops of colour have been thoughtfully introduced through rugs, headboards, and curated artifacts, adding warmth and visual interest to the space.

The client’s vision was clear and concise: to create a home that feels simple, spacious, and luxurious.

Keeping this in mind, each bedroom was thoughtfully planned to maximize usable floor space, ensuring smooth and comfortable circulation throughout. Storage solutions were strategically integrated by utilizing otherwise unused or dead spaces, enhancing both functionality and openness. One entire bedroom was transformed into a luxurious walk-in wardrobe, seamlessly connected to a spacious bathroom area.

The use of mirror-polished White Lasa marble across the home amplifies the sense of expansiveness, reflecting light and creating a cohesive, elegant flow.
The entrance foyer is designed to make a strong first impression, featuring a statement wallpaper and an onsite custom-made console that adds character and identity to space.
Special attention was given to the safety door design—it allows for maximum airflow while maintaining the privacy and security of the homeowners

The project presented logistical challenges due to its location on the upper floors of a high-rise building. Transporting large marble slabs, stones, and glass elements to the site required careful planning and coordination, which was efficiently managed by the team.

Additionally, the client set a strict timeline, and the entire project was successfully completed within 9 months without compromising on quality or design intent.

One of the standout features of the home is the master bedroom headboard, which was entirely custom-designed and crafted on-site, then elegantly upholstered in leather to enhance its luxurious appeal.

Another key highlight is the cantilevered mandir base, designed to appear visually light while structurally supporting a 100 kg hand-carved marble piece placed above it—blending artistry with engineering precision.
