The office space departs from the tradition of logical assembly of functions and attempts to create a livelier environment that engages the occupants with light, reflection, textures, graphics and is further complimented by dynamic mechanism. The theme is an honest expression of the materials itself, be it metal, brick or wood.In the choice of furniture, attention has been paid to transparency and mobility, maximizing the use of natural light and enhancing openness.

The client’s brief was to have a unique set up which looks spacious, open and welcoming at the same time modern and easy to maintain. Exposed surfaces were adopted to give it a very contemporary and chic look. Experimenting with the spatial connotations ,exploring different materials , playing & learning something new with each project is what excites team KDA.
All the spaces have elements of interest which unfolds gradually as you walk through it. The pause space at the entrance has an interesting element which acts as visual barrier for retaining the privacy of the work stations. The work space has a playful character with 120 degree work stations forming variety of clusters. It also accommodates audio visual facilities allowing all sorts of interactions and group discussions, making the space multi functional.
The character of the office partitions allows the natural light from the only source to flow throughout the office. This was no ordinary corporate project, here along with a unique concept the usual challenges of time and cost were equally strong. Efficient planning , detailing , team work and support from the client were the key factors in achieving the desired & extra ordinary outcome.
The recreational corner helps the staff to loosen up for a while and breaks the monotony of their routine. The cheerful yellow with a refreshing piece of art in the phone booth puts the user at ease while having intense conversations with their global clients.
