A hotel is a brief stay in the journey towards a destination. I believe journey should be superior and pleasurable than the destination. All guests should cherish the experience of stay for long time to come. While conceptualising the designs for Hotel Eulogia, my idea was to infuse splendour, magnificence and stateliness at the same time. One of the important features added to the hotel architecture and interior is the sprawling entrance lobby of 4500 sq.ft that imparts grandeur to the hotel. Likewise introduction of encircled, free standing stairs as an approach to the restaurant on first floor and banquet hall is to furnish an aura of magnificence to the hotel. A lively mock-tail counter created at the lobby which is directly visible from the entrance gives a visual treat from the restaurant on the upper floor.
The architecture of the hotel reflects a work of immense precision as well as unwavered perseverance. Can you imagine any four star hotel to be built within 500 days with every customised design of architect in place along with prescribed interior and its elements? Well here is one at your perusal. Every minutest details right from the lobby light fittings to the wash room tray and room console unit was designed skilfully. Not a single piece of any product was imported from China.
A really surreal element added to the
interiors is ‘moving floor patterns’. Floor patterns are intentionally shifted
on each floor of the five floor building, such that while descending the stairs
the floor patterns give an illusion of motion.
Designing the hotel building was a
challenge as initially the building was planned to be a commercial building.
But after the construction of three floor plates, the client decided to convert
it into a hotel building. It was a challenge as the
basic infrastructure was to remain intact still imparting it a completely
opulent architecture. This is first of the chains of hotels planned by the
client. The idea was to ingrain the attitude, standard, quality and passion of
hospitality which the client followed. Hotel building comprises of five floors.
Ground floor has entrance lobby, mock-tail counter and Banquet with capacity of
100. First floor has restaurant, fine dine on the first floor. Second floor
boasts of banquet hall with more than 800 person capacity on second floor. Above three floors have 45 Premier Guest rooms and
six exclusive Suites.
Third floor has been designed as a family
floor with central hall 'UNWIND' equipped with ultra modern amenities for personalized
parities, birthdays, sangeet or mehndi and other important family functions.
Fourth floor design is furnished as a NRI floor with centre
space called 'SPLICE' features sophisticated setting for any seminars, training,
meetings and other corporate events. Its décor blends with natural material
like Jute rope in an innovative manner and seem to be very contemporary. Fifth
floor has a cutting edge design of a corporate floor with board room named 'TOPLINE'
in the centre.

Adorned with larger than
life exquisite round beds, a scintillating Jacuzzi with a perfect mesmerising
setting, stylish flooring, romantic lighting and modern artefacts add to the

designed differently to offer diverse experience to the inhabitants.
Honeymoon suite is designed to achieve comfort and privacy by
using the theme of soft colour blended with furniture placement, dramatic and
lavish lighting effects and soft touch of fabric materials. Romantic flavour is
reflected in every inch of decor and design as in mushy cushions, silky bed
sheets, melting candle-lights which set the mood right for the amorous
beginnings. Contemporary facilities like marble flooring, rich handpicked fabrics
and comfortable furniture, add opulence to the splendour.
