"Journey is more important than the destination itself." That's what came to mind when we interacted with the customer during the early stages of design. Rather than creating an overly designed office with too many features everywhere, it would be ideal if the connecting areas, which symbolize the journey, became the focal points of design and experience, while the workspaces were clean, modest and balanced.
The office was designed as a series of smooth curves and lines that flow seamlessly across the space, creating a harmonious design. The combination of lines and curves has a specific ratio that does not overlap with each other in any given space. Another notable element is how colours and textures have been employed to create an engaging experience. Colours, textures, and materials have been employed to designate various functions while still unifying them through the balanced use of lines and curves.

Natural light is the core of every environment, thus designing an office space with enough of natural light is always an interesting opportunity to experiment with lights and shadows. Going all out with white furniture in work areas was a tactic to emphasize the natural light while also making spaces look larger and more open.
Use of vivid colours against white backdrop elevates the office's brand image. The confident and balanced use of blue tones on flooring, glass partition frames, railings, ceilings, furniture, and walls made spaces electrifying while also providing visitors with creative surprises. The open work areas are mostly white with a few blue accents. The meeting rooms are strikingly blue, with open ceilings and blue furniture. Acoustic panels are used on walls with the same ceiling groove patterns. Proportionate hanging pendant lights bring the space together without cluttering it.
The linking spaces, such as passageways and stairs, are a key feature of the office interiors. The terrazzo checkered gradient flooring at the main entry combines with the reception passage flooring and waved pattern micro concrete flooring passage designed to sync with colourful ceilings and grooves casted into the slab.

Reception is the initial impression of an organization's space. The reception area is a brief space with numerous functions to accommodate, including visitor seating, a client display wall, a company logo display, and a greeting area. The goal was to accentuate the main route and place activities around it, with key ones such as customer displays and reception in the most prominent locations. Tones of dark and light blue terrazzo were employed in this location, with the dark one emphasizing the flowing corridor. The walls have textured blue paint, which highlights the space and sets it apart. The display spaces and reception areas feature circular displays of corporate names and images that depict the organization and its operations. These circular frames add softness to the diagonal and straight lines on the office flooring and ceilings. Pendant glass, blue concrete decorative lights provide detail and character to the space.
Rustic finish was crucial in balancing the white clean spaces and vivid blue tones, preventing the spaces from appearing too commercial and bland. An explicit decision to use natural exposed concrete slabs was taken from the start of the building design process. Getting rid of false ceilings also gave the floors great height, making places feel more open and airy. In addition, the exposed concrete slabs united all of the areas into one larger volume, as floorings were segregated into spaces based on use. The majority of the services, such as electrical, fire, sound, and CCTV systems, had to be integrated into the main slab and designed in advance.
The office is a modern space with white clean furniture, while the MD and director's cabins were designed with a combination of warmth and the client's personal preference for wood and natural materials. The rustic texture of concrete is matched by the warmth of natural wood in this room. The MD Cabin's layout is developed from the diagonal exposed ceiling groove patterns, which also form the shape of the working desk with a similar-shaped hanging wooden light. This shape also provides easy interaction with visitors and a panoramic view of the workplace. The desk is built of solid wood, with marble legs supporting the otherwise floating desk. The rear wall features open display cabinet areas with a wood veneer finish for highlighting personal and professional achievements. The central section of the exhibit is dedicated to karma artwork and a handcrafted image of the client's father, giving the place a personal feel. The Cabin receives natural light from the east and west virtually all day, allowing us to add greenery. The personal toilet is decorated with blue subway tiles, Indigo sanitary fixtures, and gold CP fittings that complement the office's theme.

The privacy of various locations has been balanced by custom-designed graphic films, which also serve the goal of brand theme integration through the use of colours, office culture and beliefs displayed on these glass films. The glass films are cut in a pattern of same as ceiling grooves to provide privacy and openness in designated places.
The addition of plants was one of the most important design components that flows throughout the office, not just for aesthetic reasons, but also for better wellbeing, indoor air quality, and productivity. Custom-designed furniture such as storage units, ceiling-hanging planters, and metal barriers were created for this exact purpose. These green dividers also serve as privacy screens, among other benefits.

Leisure spaces have been designed quite differently from the rest of the office. The lunch room is a bright yellow and white environment that adds vibrancy and freshness to the space with use of subway tiles and hanging lamps. A glass brick divider separates the pantry area from the lunch area. The choice of yellow also compensated for the lack of natural light in the area, making it brighter. The recreational space on the first floor is an outdoor relaxation zone that is accentuated by the use of red brick cladding in arched form, which also flows into the flooring, while the flooring material changes to Kota and yellow terrazzo flooring, creating a warm environment. This section looks out onto the blue metal spiral staircase, which is the focal point of the open space.
Parking areas are among the most under-designed places in any project. We designed the parking spot to be integrated into the broader design experience of colours, patterns, and textures. The parking flooring is a mix of small grey and blue tiles arranged in patterns to keep the areas open and nonlinear. The grills and metal walls over the boundary wall continue the flooring pattern but add details to make it an immersive element. Another highlight of this space is the Spiral staircase, painted in bright blue and located directly opposite the main entrance, which connects the upper levels to the parking for service purposes. Boundary walls made of stone carry the whole façade theme of stone and brick, giving it a warm feel rather than a commercial appearance.
The office's design incorporates the clients' unique spiritual inclinations. Use of Sanskrit shlokas, Hindi, and English verses that are appropriate for the locations they serve. These phrases give the office area an atmosphere that visitors remember forever.
