The main entrance opens up to an impressive foyer which our very hospitable clients wanted to merge with the living room. At our first joint visit to this bare shell apartment, first thing the homeowners said, “We host a lot of gatherings , we want to open up the space more and add as much seating as possible, so we did”. We started the integration by removing the walls between the foyer and the living area. Then we styled the false ceiling to visually segregate the two spaces at the ceiling level and we added subtle forms of dividers at eye level . One such charming and most favourite element of our clients is the modern minimalistic curvy swing which not only adds extra seating but a whole lot of charming vibe to the space.

Our Nature loving green-thumbed clients has plants enough to fill all the balconies that run along the entire perimeter of the apartment and more. Meeting them at their old apartment gave us an insight to bring the outdoors inside. The nature theme begins with the many life-size plants greeting you at the entrance as well as at the various corners of the entire apartment.

You get to see more of nature in the Chinoiserie wall mural background painted onsite, petal-back vibrant sofa and the solid wood bespoke cabinets for the glorious Buddha sculpture. Furthermore, the ‘cluster of flowers’ chandelier hanging just above the praying spot, elevated backlit shinning sun, bird wall sconce light up the spectacular foyer space.

The bedrooms are deeply personal:- The son's den is a bold masculine enclave with oak wood, dark louvers, a feline-inspired bedsidetable, and playful zones for his pet companion.- The master bedroom is soft, romantic, and feminine - floating wardrobes in pale pink, waterfallmurals, and rattan textures create a dreamlike space.- The guest bedroom, in its summery blue and white palette, radiates timeless serenity with strongarchitectural accents.

The dining area which is a part of the grand living room, features marble dining table along with the comfiest sofa and chair ensemble, a backsplash of geometrical accent wall made alive with scattering of white doves and a white backlit feather giving the space an ambient glow. The dark, bold and edgy half-face made-to-order Buddha canvas art packs a major punch in contrast to the otherwise lighter surroundings.

The modular kitchen is where the homeowner had lots to store. So to lighten up the feel of the floor-to-ceiling storage we harnessed the organic beauty of a neutral palette in glossy cappuccino hue with a two-toned look creating a lived-in luxury feel. We made sure to use darker accents in intervals to sharpen the sophisticated palette.

The space to watch-out for is the hallway between the dining area and the kitchen. It hosts an awe inspiring large commissioned art with crimson and gold-foil scenery of large white flying herons. The smoked crystal chandelier, designer capsule mirror with golden fittings only add to its lavishness.

The organically shaped curvilinear seating lounge of the living room has a cozy and luxurious home theatre feel to it with a dark backdrop of stone lamination, the metallic display to the side glamming up the space and the stunning feather pedestal lamp adding a dramatic flair to it. Along with the peaceful brass Buddha idol, it all delivers a captivating visual impact. What takes the prize is the humongous low-hanging custom-made ‘ blooming blossoms’ multicoloured crystal chandelier .

We made sure to capitalize on the high ceilings, full length windows, lots of daylight by using neutral, light and fresh colour palette throughout the apartment except for the son’s master bedroom who wanted us to create a masculine den for him and we were thrilled to cater to his exquisite tastes. The dark louvers span majority of his man-cave which are balanced with equal proportions of warm oak-wood overlay for the oversized wardrobe and other furniture. The mammoth arched mirror gives a largesse feel to the space with a lively injection of yellow throughout the room creates an electrifying contrast. His grey furry friend has a long recess to run along in-between the wardrobe as well as a large cat-bed, next to the king bed which also doubles up as a bedside table. The statement piece is the feline bedside table in addition to the smoked-globe light ,ups the suave factor even more.

The homeowners’ master bedroom followed the same design style as the rest of their home of light colour palette. The lady of the house wanted this space to be more feminine which was a task to be achieved for the gigantic wardrobe. That’s when we decided to use the pale pink colour scheme for the fairytale feel and built the entire wardrobe to look like its floating. We also added texture with rattan and glass cladding accompanied by a fancy display hollow within it to increases its allure. The gilt frame arched mirrors, metal accents sprinkled about, stylish light fixtures, rich soft furnishings, bespoke large artisanal canvas along with the striking ‘waterfall in a jungle’ customized wallpaper in an arched frame ups the flowy romance of this room.

The master bath follows the similar theme with heavily textured all-cream cladding and golden accents.

The gracious hosts wanted their guest room to be serene and to stand the test of time. Summer dreams are made of this bedroom swathed with the watery palette. The inky blue wallpaper complements the crisp white walls with its strong architectural elements like trims, mouldings and wainscoting adding to its classic elegance making this space a sleep sanctuary.

The dark floral and pink guest bathroom with its sizable mirror isn’t for the faint of heart but it’s more than a match for our bold clients.

This magnificent home weaves a story and gives a glimpse into the lives of this beautiful charming family of a young son, his parents and their beautiful blue-eyed cat.
