The façade itself is a key design element. A sophisticated palette of natural mint stone and brown sandstone clads the building, creating a soothing, tactile texture that grounds the architecture. The mint stone brings in a light, refreshing tone that blends with its surroundings, while brown stone is used strategically as an accent—cladding the base, plinths, and ornamental borders to anchor the structure and lend warmth.
Classical proportions, cornices, deep mouldings, and defined rooflines enhance the visual weight and balance of the building. Classical balustrades, arched openings, and ornamental pediments complete the façade’s refined vocabulary.

The spatial layout follows a contemporary open-plan structure, allowing fluidity between zones while subtly incorporating traditional spatial demarcations. Public and private areas are clearly distinguished, with transition spaces such as foyers and corridors punctuated by ceiling mouldings, architraves, and detailed cornices to visually slow down movement and add layered richness.
Rooms are designed to maximize both space and experience. Large window openings and oversized glass panels bring in abundant natural light, while the careful alignment of structural and decorative elements—doorways, niches, wall panels—ensures visual harmony.
